LOCAL CAMPSITES
There are 3 local campsites that we use regularly. These are Forest Camp, Tatton Park and Queen Charlottes Wood. All 3 are run by volunteers and have excellent facilites and oppertunities for different activities.
Tatton Park
Located in the secure parkland of a National Trust property, it is ideal for water-based activities as it has access via a private jetty to Tatton Mere. The campsite has several large grassed camping areas bordering an open field with easy access to water points and three smaller woodland sites.
Activities include - canoeing, sailing, rafting, go karts and a zip wire. There is also the oppertunity to explore Tatton Park.
